Joined the NYK Line in 1993 as a maritime engineer. Has served on a variety of vessels, including the cruise ship Asuka, LNG carriers, Car carriers, Bulk carriers, and Tankers.
Held shore positions in several departments including NYK SHIPMANAGEMENT, NYK Line Marine Group and Car Carrier Group before assuming the current role.
In 2025, he was appointed as an Executive Officer of NYK Line and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of NYK SHIPMANAGEMENT.

After completing his B. Tech from India's most prestigious marine engineering training institute (DMET) in 1992, Anubhav sailed for 10+ years onboard various vessel types.
After couple of stints as chief engineer on ships managed by NYK Shipmanagement (NYKSM), he joined NYKSM's technical team at its Singapore office in July 2004.
Before becoming Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer in April 2022, Anubhav contributed to the smooth operations of various fleets of NYKSM, including car carriers, containers and tankers, and rose to the position of Technical Director.
He was closely involved with NYK Line in energy saving projects and was awarded by NYK Line for his innovative cost proposals for ships. He is committed to making NYKSM future ready and believes this can be most effectively achieved by harnessing the power of technology.
He is passionate about leveraging technology to maximize safety and efficiency, both onboard and ashore. Anubhav propagates a culture of innovation-led growth, which shines through in all his initiatives.

Doris joined NYK Shipmanagement Pte Ltd (NYKSM) in 2008. In 2021, she was appointed as Chief Finance and Administrative Officer.
Doris has worked in the shipping industry since 1994 and has more than 25 years' experience as Professional Accountant. She began her career as an auditor working for KPMG (Malaysia) in 1991. Following this, in 1994 she joined Wilhelmsen Ship Management Sdn Bhd where she held various positions in the Accounts Department.
She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
